I’m not Dead, I’m a Bikini Model

So it’s been a LONG time since I posted. I get it. You feel neglected, and hurt and … wait, did you even notice I was missing???

I fell into the vortex that is competing in a bodybuilding show. The dieting, the training, the tanning, the measurements, the cooking,  the tanning…

But I have emerged on the other side – victorious!!

From my first ever competition, exactly two years after my first ever ‘before’ photo at 112kg – I came away with a 2nd in bikini division (over 30 years) and WON the bikini mumma division (a category for bikini competitors who have had children).

It was an amazing experience and one I will write more about as I feel there is a lot of mystery and confusion about how to get your body into a show shape without losing your mind, and more so about how to do it after having had children, being obese etc but for now – have some pictures 🙂

So glad to be home,

xx

  1. OMG Bella you look awesome in your photos, and yes I did miss you as my posted comments in MFP and IG asked how things are going and queried your pants from the UK.
You look amazing Bella and congratulaions on your placing. If we put pur minds to it we can achieve anything can’t we, Determination goes a long way.
