You think I’m cool? – check Sarah out!

I’m glad you guys think I’m okay. I think I’m pretty okay too.

But I have people who I think are ace. People who have done or who are doing the same thing that I am. Taking the challenge of making our lives awesome. Being the best version of ourselves.

One of these amazing women is Sarah McGee.

Check this out:

Yes, that’s way cool.

And this is even cooler.

But do you know what else is cool?

This awesome chick’s mindset. She seriously cranks out some pearls of wisdom that blow my tiny mind. Gems like this:

“That’s what this process is all about. It’s life. You get up in the face of adversity and you just keep moving. You have a bad day, week, weigh in, something knocks the wind out of you – you keep moving. That’s what success looks like. That’s what it looks like to live an empowered life. You are not a victim, you are powerful beyond measure. Get up.”

That just plain rocks. And is true. The sort of truth that smacks you in the face and says – this chick is smart. And she is.

Another quote that I love from her blog is:

“I’ll be 25 on the 25th of this month & I am, right now, healthier than I have been in my life.  I can breathe deeper, smile wider, run further, cycle longer & generally feel better than I could at 12 years old & that’s exciting.  It’s beyond exciting & I really can’t articulate that for you. For the first time in my life I’m starting to believe I’m capable of whatever I wish to achieve. I’m starting to believe this life really is mine to shape.”

Yup, you read that right. This amazing chick is only BARELY 25 years old. To have this level of self awareness, maturity and cool at 25 blows my mind.
