People tend to assume that when you lose weight, you have to be suffering. Doing without stuff, being sad and all “I’m skinny but boohoo, miserable”.
Nup. I’m chipper.
I eat ALL the time. At least every three hours. And I eat GOOD stuff. Not just healthy stuff, but stuff that tastes GOOD. If I’m going to eat it, I’m going to enjoy it.
So here’s my food diary today. It’s not a great representation of a 12wbt day because I was in and out of appointments all day. But there it is. Awesome organic yoghurt, DELICIOUS red curry with rice and puppodums and ending the day with a piece of the best chocolate ever.
And yes, I know I’m one calorie over. I’m fine with that 🙂
